To achieve the motto of this school as well as purpose of parents / guardians, it is essential to have regular interactions between parents and teachers and for this purpose regular meetings are being held on almost every month's of second Saturday. Dates and timings of such meetings are mentioned in the diary through proper written notice and SMS.

Note: Besides Parent Teacher’s Meeting, if parents / guardians want to meet the class teacher or any subject teacher on normal working days they must come between 2:15pm to 2:45pm so that smooth functioning of class may not be disturbed.

RE-COMMENDATION TO THE PARENTS

Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by ensuring that the children observe punctuallity (at least 80%) and displine, school uniform, prepare their lesson and take active part in the activities of the school.

Parents should inform the office immediately regarding the change of address or contact number in writing (Beneficial for SMS Services).

Parents/Guardian are requested to keep themselves in touch with the school to have a clear knowledge of their wards progress. Parents are not allowed to meet the teachers in the class room directly or in Staff Room. Any suggestion information or complaint about their children's progress will be made the Principal or Administrative Head.
