Modern education system is based on cramming system. It depends on this fact how much facts students know before it knows how to think. Control of the mind should be taught first. If we had our education to get over again and had our voice in the matter, we would learn to master our mind first and then gather facts if we want them. According to Swami Vivekanand education is the means for overall development of the personality.

Maximum modern English medium public schools due to burden of books encourage cramming system. Depth of the subject has been avoided completely. They do not care for this fact whether the students understand or not what has been written in their book in English language. If students know English language still teachers don’t care to explain the logic on which knowledge runs. This cramming system and over burden of books have affected their widespread outlooks.

So far as the matter of teachers is concerned it is not necessary that every well qualified person is a good teacher. A teacher is not the person who teaches certain books but a teacher must try to understand the mental situation and intellectual skill of a student with great patience. Teaching is a complex art in which a teacher is not to show his highly qualified degrees instead a teacher must assume himself a certain student and try to expand his intellectual skill, so that he may be able to understand what the demands of students for a particular subject are. We continue to develop and enhance a school that:
